THE CHURCH OF GOD INTERNATIONAL KITCHENER CONGREGATION PRESENTS:
FROM CREATION TO GLORY
The universe didn't happen by accident. The Sabbath wasn't an afterthought. And eternity isn't what most people think it is. This June, explore three questions that have shaped civilization, challenged science, and defined the Christian faith.
Three sessions. Three Saturdays. June 6, 13 & 20.
Location: 888 Trillium Dr., Kitchener, ON
All sessions begin at 1:30PM
WHAT WERE YOU CREATED FOR?
From the first moment of creation to the final chapter of human history, the Bible tells a story of breathtaking scope and precision. It speaks of a universe designed with intention, a day set apart for sacred rest, and a destiny for God's people that stretches far beyond what tradition has told us.
From Creation to Glory is a three-week sermon series that invites you to examine some of Christianity's most foundational questions, not with assumption, but with Scripture. Whether you are a lifelong believer or someone honestly seeking answers, these sessions are for you.

Session 1 — Saturday, June 6 @ 1:30PM
PRESENTER: RICK DUBLER
What About The Sabbath?
"The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath." These words, spoken by Jesus himself, carry an invitation that most of Christianity has quietly set aside.
When God rested on the seventh day, He didn't simply stop working. He sanctified time itself, setting apart a day not as a religious obligation but as a gift. Written by the finger of God on tablets of stone and now, for those who yield to his Spirit, written on the heart, the Sabbath carries a depth of meaning that rewards those willing to explore it.
Many claim that God changed the Sabbath to Sunday. But does the Bible actually support that? In this session, we examine the origins, the commands, and the blessing of keeping the Sabbath as Jesus kept it, and ask what we may be losing by walking away from holy time.

Session 2 — Saturday, June 13 @ 1:30PM
PRESENTER: BERNARD WILSON
Where Will the Saints Spend Eternity?
Ask most Christians where they are going when they die, and the answer comes quickly: heaven. It is the assumption behind countless hymns, sermons, and funerals. But is it what the Bible actually teaches?
Passages like John 14:2-3 and Philippians 3:20 have long been read as promises of a heavenly afterlife. Others point to Revelation 20:6 and the prophetic vision of the New Jerusalem descending to a renewed earth, suggesting that the saints will reign with Christ in a literal, restored creation.
Both views cannot be entirely right. In this session, we hold each position up to full scriptural scrutiny, following the evidence where it leads, and asking what God's word truly reveals about the eternal destiny of his people.

Session 3 — Saturday, June 20 @1:30PM
PRESENTER: ADAM DUBLER
Is There A Creator?
The heavens declare the glory of God. The skies proclaim the work of His hands. So wrote King David three thousand years ago, looking up at the same stars we see tonight.
But in an age of quantum mechanics, evolutionary biology, and cosmological modelling, has science finally put that ancient instinct to rest? Or has it done something far more surprising?
This session explores what the universe itself reveals about its origins. We will look at what Scripture says, and at what science, honestly examined, actually shows. From the fine-tuned constants of physics to the staggering complexity of living cells, the question is not as settled as many assume. And if there is a Creator, the next question is equally urgent: does He have a plan for what He made?
